Decluttering, moving, reorganizing or reimagining your space can be intense. It can bring up memories, grief and overwhelm. We are sensitive, supportive, nonjudgemental helpers who can help lighten your load and bring some order to the chaos.
We love to declutter, but we also understand how objects carry weight beyond their parts. We respect the process of both letting go and holding on, and are here to help you figure out which is right for you.
We are not about making things look perfect or pristine (although we can do that if you wish). We are much more interested in coming up with creative, livable solutions for your space that are functional, that feel like you, and make you smile!
HOME ORGANIZING SERVICES
+ Beautifying spaces large and small: closets, kitchens, offices, studios, attics, garages, or entire homes
+ Processing items you want to let go of—and disposing of them responsibly

+ Revamping or reconfiguring spaces before or after major life transitions (loss, marriage, divorce, empty nest, etc.)
+ Emotional and practical support in processing inherited items
+ Sorting, filing, and securely disposing of paperwork and sensitive documents

+ Researching and sourcing organizing supplies, furniture, and home décor

**Things we do not help with: lifting or moving heavy objects or furniture, setting up, building or installing furniture, tasks involving climbing ladders, working in spaces with mold, pests, or other hazardous conditions. Our Origin Story
Hi! I’m Sofia—an artist, mother of two, and lifelong nesting queen. I founded Secret Garden Organizing in 2018 in my hometown of New York City, where I learned to work with what’s on hand and transform small spaces into cozy havens. Now based in the Pioneer Valley, I love connecting with people through their homes -- no matter what size -- and helping families create the beautiful, functional spaces they deserve.
